If you paid and did not receive your file, first use the "Resend my file" page. If it still does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us with your order ID and we will either deliver the file or issue a full refund.
Accidental duplicate payments for the same order are refunded in full. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
